“LATAM” is not a market, and neither is “Spanish”
Three countries, three currencies, three completely different arguments about what something is worth. A panel that treats them as one produces an average that describes none of them.
🇪🇸
Spain
Profiles reason with Madrid and Barcelona rent, the supermarket basket and the electricity bill, and reach for Mercadona, El Corte Inglés and Wallapop without thinking.
🇨🇱
Chile
The anchor is arriendo and the mortgage quoted in UF, with Líder, Jumbo and Falabella as the retail reflex and the INE and Banco Central as the credible sources.
🇲🇽
Mexico
Prices are read through months-without-interest instalments, and the everyday references run from Oxxo to Soriana and Mercado Libre. Sources are INEGI and Banxico.
How a session works
01
Pick a market and a panel
Spain, Mexico or Chile, and up to six profiles from the base panel — or build your own by age, city, income, education, occupation and household.
02
Ask in your own words
Paste a concept, a claim, a price or a piece of packaging copy. Optionally paste your brand's URL and the engine reads it first, treating it as what the brand says about itself rather than as fact.
03
Watch them argue
The six answer one at a time, in streaming, reading what the others said. Follow up on any answer — the room remembers the whole session.
04
Leave with something usable
Full transcript plus an executive report with drivers, barriers and prioritised recommendations, in PDF, PowerPoint or CSV.
Pricing
Ask one question without an account. Buy a single sprint when you need one, or go monthly if you research every week. Prices follow the market you have selected.

The six base profiles
Archetypes, not real people, and they change with the market you are looking at: name, city and way of speaking. The scores describe the segment; the track record is real sessions on the platform.

01
Prospect: buys on impulse and on peer approval
He buys what his circle respects and what he can afford, in that order. Anything that smells of his parents' brand, or of an ad pretending to talk like him, is out without a second chance.

Prospect: discovers fast, punishes fast
How a brand looks matters to her as much as what is behind it: she researches before a treat and checks what it promises. One well-documented controversy is enough to stop her buying.
Customer by inertia: leaves without warning if it fails
He buys to settle a specific problem and never think about it again. He reads comparisons before spending, and values something that lasts and causes no trouble over something new.

Advocate: recommends a lot once you convince her
She mixes an expensive piece meant to last years with affordable basics, and feels no need to explain it. She wants to know where what she buys comes from, and brands that say something true get through.
He buys rarely and buys well: he would rather pay more once and forget about it for a decade. He is tired of everything depending on an app and wants a phone number that answers.

Expert buyer: notices the moment quality drops
Forty years of shopping have given her a feel that does not miss: she can tell when a brand has cheapened on the inside and raised the price on the outside. How she is treated weighs as much as the product.

Frequently asked questions
In Spanish, in the register of the market you picked — a Chilean profile does not sound Mexican, and that difference is a large part of what you are paying for. The interface is in English and the executive report summarises drivers, barriers and recommendations, so most teams read the report and hand the raw transcript to a local colleague or agency for the nuance.
We use analytics to know which parts of the product get used. Nothing else: no advertising, no profiles shared with third parties. Say no and none of it loads.
